| When Left Hand Brewing
Company's co-founder Dick Doore received a home brew kit
for Christmas, the door was opened to a booming business. In 1993,
Doore partnered with Eric Wallace to open Indian Peaks Brewing
Company. The name was later changed to Left Hand Brewing Company
in honor of Chief Niwot ("Niwot" being an Arapahoe
word for left hand). Left Hand Brewing Company now produces more
than 8,000 barrels (248,000 gallons) of beer every year, with a
team committed to the art of consistently handcrafted ales and
lagers. |
